Why Falak

fa·lak noun, Arabic
The celestial sphere: the great orbit that carries the stars across the night sky.

For centuries, astronomers in Baghdad, Cairo, Córdoba and Samarkand mapped the falak with astrolabes: brass instruments precise enough for science and small enough to hold in one hand.

Our mark is the letter ف (fa), the first letter of falak, drawn as a planet, its moon and its orbit. We build with the same idea in mind: tools that are precise, beautiful, and yours to keep.
